Our wines are currently marketed under the "Alto de los Zorros" brand and in three versions: oak, with a minimum aging of 7 months in barrel; Aging, with aging in barrel of 14 months, and author, with maturity in barrel of 16 months.
Approximately 70% of our barrels are of French oak and the rest, of American oak.

Colour: Intense straw yellow with green tints. Bright and clear.
Aroma: Great aromatic intensity, apple fruity notes evolving to tropical fruits, pineapple and mango. Hint of white almond flowers.
Taste: Intense. Balanced. Very velvety, glyceric. Long aftertaste.
