Solterra wines:
Our wines are currently marketed under the "Alto de los Zorros" brand and in three versions: oak, with a minimum aging of 7 months in barrel; Aging, with aging in barrel of 14 months, and author, with maturity in barrel of 16 months.
Approximately 70% of our barrels are of French oak and the rest, of American oak.

Ageing
14 months in french and american oak barrels, with rackings every four months.
Winemaking
Temperature controlled fermentation at maximun 25ºC. Long maceration and pumped-over daily. One delestage half-way through fermentation. This wine was not cold stabilized.
Tasting notes
Colour: Red ruby color. Clean, very bright. Ruby edge.
Aroma: Long and complex. Berries and vanilla. Hints of wood.
Taste: Long with hints of licore, aniseed. Very fresh.
Service: 14-16ºC
